Weekly meal plan

Hopefully this week slows down slightly... who am I kidding. I am trying to prepare for a conference presentation and midterms are coming up. Instead of doing data collection, this week I will be writing and studying. Oh grad school, you keep my to-do list growing every day... but I really do enjoy it!

To make sure being busy is no excuse for healthy eating, here is our weekly meal plan:

Sunday - squid and spaghetti squash pad thai
Monday - leftover swordfish, broccoli, and rice
Tuesday - taco salad
Wednesday - paella of summer vine vegetables
Thursday - Walk Ons
Friday - TBD
Saturday - pork tenderloin, broccoli, and tomato salad
