Places I workout:
Life is always evolving and changing. With life as a grad student and teaching 9 hours of Zumba a week, my fitness plan has changed again. My focus, in my free time, these days is to focus on strength workouts. I have kept with my Bodyrock workouts and plan to attend classes at LSU UREC, Body Factory & Tread BR. Now that I am getting settled into my school schedule I need to make more of an effort to workout consistently outside of teaching.
