Have you ever had a kolache? We went to the Kolache Kitchen after our walk around the lake on Sunday morning. We enjoyed breakfast tacos and a kolache stuffed with broccoli, egg, & cheese. Kolache dough reminded me of brioche... slightly sweet and not very dense.
It was delish! I imagine we will be back.
