One of our local sororities asked me to teach a Zumba class on Monday night for an event. The theme was fly girl hip hop. The class was a mix of new and old latin and hip hop music. The girls had a great time and we all got a in a killer workout... my third Zumba class of the day... which means I could barely move the next morning!
