What are you eating this week? We are focused on healthy food, lean protein, and veggies!
Here's whats on the meal planner this week:


Sunday -  skinnytaste sesame honey chicken with brown rice
Monday - huevos rancheros
Tuesday - protein shakes
Wednesday - baked calamari salad
Thursday - Mellow Mushroom
Friday - TBD
Saturday - Birthday Dinner!

I have no clue what we are doing for my birthday dinner! It shall be a great week.
