We decided to take in a summer promotion for pilates classes at a local studio. I love pilates and B finds it very beneficial to keep his back healthy. If you ever have a chance to try a pilates class using the megaformer you really need to! The workout is so versatile and challenging. It's the perfect date that keeps us healthy!

  1. Thanks for sharing such a motivating post as in recent months, I have heard a lot about having clinical pilates because it is quite effective for pains and we can be bak in our daily routine life. I have planned to join such classes where i can have sme relaxation for better life.
