2 chicken cooked chicken breasts, diced
2 avocado, mashed
1 small yellow onion, diced
1T lime juice
fresh cilantro, chopped
pepper, paprika & garlic powder to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Serve on toasted spelt bread. Seriously, it's that simple!
