Work It Out and an Ab Burn

Tonight at the gym, B had a consultation with a personal trainer. Since I did not feel like a Zumba class, I decided to change up my usual routine. Tonight's workout included:

Treadmill:
5 minute warmup
5 minute jog - 5.5mpg @ 0.5%
20 minute incline walk
1 minute sprint @ 8.0
5 minute cool down

50 sit ups
25 crunches
25 reverse crunches
15 bicycles/ side
30s plank
20 side hip drops

It was a killer workout that left me energized but hopefully sore tomorrow!
