It's an exciting week. But that also means we need to focus on health eating and planning ahead when it comes to food and fitness.

Sunday - leek and yellow squash enchiladas
Monday - leftover turkey pumpkin chili
Tuesday - leftover enchiladas
Thursday - Walk On's
Friday - viva Las Vegas!
Saturday - Vegas wedding!
This weekend I will get to see my family, something I have not done since I moved in January so I am quite excited for our weekend getaway! My week is not jam packed so I hope to get in a few extra workouts (cannot wait for the Mandalay Bay pool!). The countdown to my weekend vacation has officially started!
