After a busy weekend of tailgating, football, work, and homework its nice to be back into the work week. This week it busy with classes, research, reading, and a trip to Texas! Here's what's for dinner this week:
Sunday - panko crusted chicken fingers & tortellini pasta salad (I really need to share my recipe)
Monday - leftovers at university
Tuesday - something with squid & shrimp! those are the only ingredients we bought... seriously! oops!
Wednesday - croque madame
Thursday - Whole Foods pizza night!
Friday - in Texas
Saturday - in Texas
We also have stuff to make juice, salad, and sandwiches. It is going to be a busy week!
